At ca$h talks, every piece is made to speak for itself. We stand by the quality and intention behind each item — but we understand things happen.

🔒 All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — including for wrong sizes, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays.

📦 Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, connect with us within 3 days of delivery in our feedback section with:

• Full name & order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Short description

We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if approved. We do not cover issues caused by wear, washing, or altered items.

🕒 Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final and go into production.

• We ship within the United States only (all 50 states + D.C.)

• No international shipping at this time

📦 Processing Time:

• Orders are processed in 2–4 business days

• You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships

🚚 Delivery Time:

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (after processing)

• All orders ship via USPS or UPS

• Delays may occur due to carrier volume or holidays

💰 Shipping Rates:

• Standard: $4.99 flat rate

• Free shipping on orders $75+

• We ship to residential addresses and PO Boxes (via USPS only)

• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses

• Lost or stolen packages? Contact your carrier using your tracking number — we’re not responsible once it leaves our hands.
